Orders & Delivery

What are the delivery times?
Orders are shipped within 2 to 3 business days. Delivery within mainland France takes 2 to 5 business days. For international orders, allow 7 to 14 days.

Is delivery free?
Yes! Delivery is free for purchases of €150 or more in mainland France. Below this threshold, shipping costs €6.90.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
You can modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of validation. After this period, your order is already being prepared. Contact us at contact@maiyaparis.fr for any urgent requests.

Jewelry & Materials

What materials do you use?
Our jewelry is exclusively made from high-quality stainless steel (316L). This premium material is renowned for its strength, corrosion resistance, and lasting brilliance.

How do I care for my Maiya Paris jewelry?
Stainless steel is very resistant to everyday wear. However, avoid prolonged contact with harsh chemical products (bleach, acids). To clean your jewelry, use a soft, slightly damp cloth. Store them in the protective pouch provided to preserve their shine.

Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?
Yes, 316L stainless steel is naturally hypoallergenic and particularly suitable for sensitive skin. It does not contain significant amounts of nickel and is suitable for people allergic to common metals.

Sizes & Guide

How do I find my ring size?
Measure the inside diameter of a ring that fits you well, or use a tape measure to measure the circumference of your finger. Our complete size guide is available on each product page. If in doubt, we recommend choosing the next size up.

Do you offer custom engraving?
Yes, some pieces in our collection can be engraved with a name, date, or short message (up to 20 characters). This option is available on the product page. The delivery time is extended by 3 to 5 business days.

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?
You have 30 days to return an unworn item in its original condition and packaging. Personalized jewelry (engraving) is not refundable except for manufacturing defects.

What warranty do you offer?
All our jewelry is guaranteed for 2 years against manufacturing defects. In case of a problem, contact our customer service at contact@maiyaparis.fr with a photo of the jewelry and your order number.
